On the first floor is the living room with satellite TV (Smart TV via LAN), Blu-ray player, and an iPod dock with an USB port. There’s a seating area with a 3-seater leather couch, as well as a dining table with 8 chairs. The living room opens onto the west-facing terrace with a garden. On cold days, you can enjoy the wonderful wood-burning stove in the living room. You can order firewood from us.
The modern and comfortable kitchenette is also located here.
Bedroom 1 on the first floor features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 on the first floor with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Bathroom 1 on the first floor with a shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 on the first floor with a bathtub, toilet, and double sinks. There is also a study on the first floor with a desk and a couch.
On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms. One features two single beds, a sitting area, and a dresser, while the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), satellite TV (Smart TV), and a built-in closet. Bathroom 3 on the first floor features a large shower and toilet.
The basement includes a ping-pong table and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The large garden in front of and behind the house is also available for use. At the rear of the house, there is a small guest apartment on the 1st floor.
