Welcome to Wyk auf Föhr. The vacation home at Amselweg 3, Apartment No. 2 (approx. 120 square meters), is a comfortable, non-smoking 4-room half-house with south- and east-facing terraces and a beautiful garden.
The spacious LIVING ROOM features a comfortable three-seater couch and two armchairs. There’s a wood-burning stove here for cold days.
The dining table with six chairs is perfect for sharing meals together. The kitchenette is generously equipped.
On the 1st floor is BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.80 x 2 m), wardrobe, desk, dresser, 2 armchairs, and satellite TV. BEDROOM 2: single bed, wardrobe, and children’s armchair. BATHROOM 1: Shower/toilet. In the attic is BEDROOM 3: double bed (1.80 x 2 m; can also be separated into twin beds) with satellite TV, built-in closet, and 2 armchairs. BATHROOM 2 is located in the basement: shower/toilet and sauna. There is a relaxation room with 2 loungers and a fitness room with a stepper, exercise bike, and bench. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement. In the private, enclosed garden, the 2 terraces feature a table with 6 chairs, 1 lounge chair, and 1 beach chair. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump. There is a parking space for your car right next to the house, as well as a bike rack; however, you can also store your bikes in the garage (not available in winter). The beach is about 500 m away, and the town center is about a 20-minute walk; the property is in a very quiet location on the South Beach, right next to the old golf course, which has an off-leash area for dogs. Dogs are allowed upon request for a fee. Comfortable and very cozy furnishings. Even the little things have been taken care of (hair dryer, iron, 3 satellite TVs, books, board games, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, safe).
