LIVING ROOM: Seating area with a 3-seater corner sofa and 1 armchair with a footstool, dining table with 4 chairs, KITCHENETTE. BEDROOM: Double sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m), wardrobe, TV. The living room and bedroom have tile flooring.

Our opinion: A very comfortable apartment close to downtown.

Schöne, etwas ältere Fewo mit zwei Balkonen und einem eigenem Strandkorb, sehr gute zentrale ruhige Lage, Parkplatz im Hof direkt neben der FeWo, Hunde sind erlaubt. Sehr helle Zimmer im EG, große Fensterflächen, die schmale Treppe ins UG sollte für den Anmieter der FeWo jedoch bekannt sein (Schlafzimmer und Bad im UG).
