Apartment No. 4, approx. 45 square meters, 2-room apartment on the first floor with a west-facing terrace. LIVING ROOM with double fold-out bed, sitting area, dining table with 4 chairs, and KITCHENETTE. BEDROOM with double bed. Small HALLWAY. BATHROOM with SHOWER and toilet.
In the BASEMENT: coin-operated washing machine, dryer, and ping-pong table. Bicycle racks by the house. Beach and shopping nearby. The town center, spa center, and wave pool are about a 15–20-minute walk away.

Starting in 2024, the fold-down bed will no longer be available, and the apartment will only be bookable for 2 people. For 2023, bookings for 4 people are still possible upon request.
