The light-flooded apartment on the mezzanine floor of the quietly located house offers 2 adults enough space for a relaxing and wonderful holiday.
The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished.
The living room is equipped with a leather couch, 2 armchairs and table. The adjoining dining room area consists of a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchenette is very well equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, extractor hood, sink and dishwasher.
A small room is locked and is not available.
In the basement is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Adjacent to this is the bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe.

Die Wohnung war hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Küchenbereich findet man alles was benötigt wird. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut sortierte und schöne (Geschirr- und Porzellan) FEWO bezogen. Von allem war genügend vorhanden, so dass die Spülmaschine gut gefüllt werden konnte und nicht täglich laufen musste. Lediglich die obereen Fächer der Hochschränke waren schlecht zu erreichen, da eine entsprechende Trittleiter nicht vorhanden war. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das sich der Schlaf- und Sanitärberich im Souterrain befilndet war vorher bekannt. Das dieser Bereich jedoch über eine steile Wendeltreppe (die m.E. nicht normgerecht ist) erreichbar ist, wurde nirgend dokumentiert. Für ältere Personen (80jährig) war der Koffertransport daher etwas mühlselig. Im Bett zu lesen war leider nicht möglich, da die Nachttischlampen zwar schön aussehen, aber hierzu nicht zweckmäßig sind. Auch die Leselampe hinter der Couch im Wohnzimmer war nicht hell genung. Insgesmt war die Wohnung aber sehr gut. Insbesonders die Nähe zur Ortsmitte und Strand, aber trotzdem in ruhiger Lage, daher empfehlenswert.
