Large apartment. Kitchen very well laid out with induction cooktop and appliances. No microwave. Large kitchen/eating area and large bedroom with king sized bed and sofa bed. Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town.

Firstly, it was super confusing and difficult to get all of the combinations to the locks for the keys to the apartment; took nearly an hour to get in touch with someone as the check-in link that was sent to me would constantly result in a "room not ready" message and I'd have to start over with the check-in process. After 3 fails I tried to look for an email or phone number on the sight and again, difficult to find. I finally found an email and a representative (Jenny) finally contacted me via Whatsapp. After several messages, I was given the combination to the lock boxes for the apartment key. After lugging 2 check-in bags up 3 flights of stairs, I finally entered the apartment only to find the bed undone and a towel on the bathroom floor. To make matters worse, the amenities listed AC, but there was none, only an oscillating fan. I contacted Jenny via Whatsapp and she offered to move us to a nearby apartment (10 mins. Walking); agreed. Got the codes for the apartment keys and this apartment was ready. The place was great, other than the spiral staircase, which is very narrow, so be prepared for a work out. Again, no AC, but with an the windows open, the entire place cools down nicely. The only problem we had was there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and others could not b found. Reached out to Jenny again, but there was no one available to come and provide more rolls; I ended up going to the convenient store the next morning and but a pack (Jenny had offered to reimburse).

Notre séjour a été catastrophique. N'y allez surtout pas ! Accéder à l'appartement a été un véritable parcours du combattant. Il nous a fallu des heures et l'aide d'un ami pour y parvenir par une nuit glaciale, car l'adresse était erronée et aucune indication ne permettait de trouver la clé, qui se trouvait ailleurs. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas avant que nous n'ayons échangé de nombreux messages avec le personnel le lendemain. Il n'y avait pas de machine à expresso. De plus, l'appartement était vétuste : moquette tachée, peinture rayée, etc.
