This non-smoking, comfortable vacation home was completed in 2006. It is
approx. 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms) and one toddler, offering them the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable vacation.Thanks to its location on the idyllic Dorumer Wasserlöse, you have an unobstructed view across
meadows and fields to the nearby North Sea
dike. The well-maintained grounds and landscaping of the approximately 400 m² garden
enhance the sense of relaxation and well-being in the garden. The sunny terrace
is not visible from the street. We are absolutely certain that you will feel very comfortable in
our lovingly furnished vacation home and have a wonderful
and relaxing vacation werden.Im The ground-floor bedroom has
another window, making this bedroom feel bright and airy. Both
windows can be completely blacked out. There are two
single beds here. The large closet also offers plenty of storage space.
The room also features a tiled Boden.Im bathroom, which also has
an additional large window, so the bathroom is also
lichtdurchflutet.Im In winter, you can turn on the underfloor heating
on the first floor and even light a fire in the fireplace. Then the cozy atmosphere is perfect even in
winter. Upstairs, the vacation home offers two bedrooms,
one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The large bedroom also has
plenty of space for a crib (a travel crib and
a stair gate) are provided. From the bedroom window, you have a
beautiful view of the great outdoors. In addition, the large
bedroom also has a TV.In both of these bedrooms,
the windows can be completely blacked out. Thanks to the insect screens
, even unwanted pests (mosquitoes) won’t be able to disturb your
well-deserved sleep at night. There is also a
restroom on the upper floor. For the children, the house is equipped with books, games, and
sand toys. In the storage room and garden shed, you’ll find other necessary
items such as brooms, a clothes rack, clothespins, a clothes dryer, a grill, and
plenty of patio furniture, including a beach chair.
