Walking barefoot on the patio, sipping your first cup of coffee, and listening to the seagulls squawk—at the “Deichsonne” vacation home in Dorum-Neufeld, the day begins in true North Sea style. With 68 m² of space, there’s plenty of room for four people and up to two dogs: two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, and an open kitchen make this a true family vacation home on the North Sea.

Everything you need for everyday life by the sea, from a dishwasher and microwave to Wi-Fi, heated floors, and three TVs. A crib, high chair, and stair gate are provided, as are games for rainy days. A bathroom with a shower, tub, and washing machine, along with an additional guest restroom, ensure extra comfort.

Outside, the garden—complete with a terrace, sun loungers, a grill, and a garden shed—invites you to play, relax, and spend time together. Dogs are also welcome to join in the fun here. Free parking is available at the house, and there’s an electric charging station on the property. And best of all: the beach, the fishing harbor, and the Obereversand lighthouse are all within easy walking distance—for an all-around family-friendly stay near the beach (1 km).

-Kamin - Spülmaschine -die ruhige Lage Wir waren 2019 das erste mal in Dorum-Neufeld. Uns gefällt besonders, dass die Häuser alle immer sehr sauber und gemütlich waren. Treppengitter, Steckdosensicherung, ein Kinderzimmer und teilweise auch Spielzeug vorhanden war. Das Spielehaus am Hafen ist für uns auch ein weiterer Grund jedes Jahr erneut zu kommen. Bisher haben wir alles vor Ort gefunden, was wir für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigen. Die Möglichkeit auch mal schwimmen zu gehen oder das Wattenmeerhaus sowie der kleine Hafen sind natürlich ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Aber auch die unkomplizierte Buchung der Häuser, der nette Kontakte zu Mitarbeitern falls doch noch mal Fragen aufkommen hat dazu beigetragen dieses Jahr erneut in den Cuxlandpark zu fahren.
