Welcome to our exclusively furnished and newly renovated vacation home in Dorum-Neufeld—a true family paradise on the North Sea! With room for up to 6 adults and 3 children, this 87-square-meter semi-detached home, “Steuerbord,” offers the highest level of comfort. The stunning view from the house of the dike and the Dorumer Neufeld lookout point promises unforgettable moments.<br><br>The garden, complete with a lounge chair and grill, is the perfect spot to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a large dining table, a sofa area, and a 46-inch flat-screen TV offer the highest level of comfort. An additional seating area on the upper floor rounds out the living experience. There is also a fully equipped second bathroom with a “beach shower.” Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and two single beds upstairs, as well as another double bed on the first floor. The children’s room features a loft bed with three beds, and for the youngest guests, a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are provided.<br><br>Explore the surrounding area with an exciting mudflat hike. Bremerhaven—with its “Havenwelten,” the Klimahaus, the Submarine Museum, the Emigration Center, the Zoo am Meer, a harbor tour, and an exhilarating speedboat safari out onto the rough North Sea—is just a 30-minute drive away. Cuxhaven also invites you to enjoy eventful days with its climbing park, Maritime Museum, and a ferry to Heligoland.<br><br>Enjoy the beautiful North Sea with its green beach, just a 500-meter walk away, and relax in a beach chair from the local rental service. The imposing Obereversand Lighthouse, a monument by the sea, promises breathtaking views of the Wadden Sea and is a popular photo spot. For our younger guests, there’s plenty to discover and experience right around the vacation rental! The “Watt’n Bad” wave pool with an indoor pool and the nearby indoor playground ensure fun and variety no matter the weather. On the beach, a large pirate ship invites kids to climb, run around, and explore—a real highlight for little adventurers!<br><br>Animal lovers can visit the alpacas or try their hand at horseback riding for the first time at the pony farm (both just about 15 minutes away).
