Lee - Modern, newly built apartment near the beach *Wallbox*

Our vacation rental “Lee” was newly completed in February 2022 and accommodates 2 people<br>in a comfortable 72 square meters.<br><br>It is located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes’ walk from the North Sea beach and the picturesque fishing harbor on the Wremer Deich.<br>This modern, elegant apartment on the first floor of the building features <br>an open-concept, spacious living and dining area with a sofa set and a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a fully equipped new built-in kitchen with a dishwasher.<br><br>The terrace, accessible directly through the living room’s large window, invites you to linger and relax after a long, eventful day of vacation. The living area features a cozy seating area, a smart TV, and a compact stereo system. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.<br><br>The separate bedroom is furnished with a large upholstered bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser, as well as a Smart TV.<br>The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. A modern kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together! It is, of course, fully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, as well as numerous appliances—such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and hand mixer—just as you’d expect at home. <br><br>An iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and hair dryer are also available.<br>Bed linens and dish towels are provided. Towels can be booked for an additional fee of €8 per person. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in an adjoining room.<br><br>Access to the apartment is flexible via a key safe.<br>A complimentary parking space is located directly in front of the house. A wallbox (Type 2 plug) is available for charging your electric car for a fee.
