差！

1）前台服務員服務態度很差，check in 足足check左半小時，一直話我無訂房，我已比埋訂房的上綱賬單和過數賬單佢睇，都係咁話我無，結果，原來係佢打中文名去check，但我book 房係用英文名，賬單上也有顯示英文名 2）我和家人訂了兩間房，但兩間房都有嗅味 3）我房間的浴巾，在未用過的情況下，浴巾整條是濕的
