The arrival check in was very good. Helped by I think Dominic who speaks very good English. Our room on the fourth floor was spacious and clean. The bed was fine. The only downside was the air-con that was very noisy. However, the weather was very mild for December @ +14, so I just turned it off. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was very good. Plenty of choice including porridge, meats, cheeses, salad, fruit, assorted breads and cooked. The scrambled egg was very good. The location is about 100 metres to the Old Town Square so ideal for the Xmas markets. Would I come back to Wroclaw? Probably not. But if I did, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Plenty of cafés around, Indian restaurants and an Irish pub serving Guinness within 200 metres.

The room was lovely and clean. The only issue was it was far too warm and stuffy. No window to open. The air con didn’t work. I even had a staff member come to the room to try fix it. I went to reception and explained this. They give me a mini air con unit which done absolutely nothing. The room was so uncomfortable and stuffy. Neither of us slept any of the nights. We couldn’t wait to get out of the room. The hotel is lovely and very central.

I had an excellent stay at the Wyndham Hotel, praising its perfect location, spacious room with modern appliances, and convenient in-room refrigerator. They especially enjoyed the spa on the 6th floor, which was a welcome treat after several days of traveling in Poland. The staff were polite, friendly, and made check-in and check-out easy. Public transport was just a six-minute walk away, making it simple to reach Wroclaw’s main station—and even enjoy spotting gnomes along the way.

It was just a one night stay. I was in a new part of the hotel. The building itself is just a short walk away from the Old Town. Very clean, restaurant and a bar on site. Breakfast was amazing with many options but not included in the price of the room. It's an option though. Unfortunately guests have been slicing bread on their own (no gloves!!). The staff was very nice and can communicate in several languages. One issue - I booked a queen size bed and received an email confirmation. However I ended up with 2 single beds. At the reception they showed the "cheapest room", but I know I paid and used One key cash to lower the price. Who's at fault - I don't know...

I believe this hotel was refurbished fairly recently, and everything still looks brand new. Our room was lovely, slight noise from a night club opposite but ear plugs are provided. We didn't get any cleaners attending the room over our 4 days, so no extra tea bags but that's a minor criticism. The hotel would benefit in having a concierge service so that someone who knows the area can offer advice on general matters (we asked about trains and other services and were met with blank looks). On a better note, the breakfast was amazing, all freshly cooked and prepared it was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for all types of visitors, the location in the old town is perfect to see the sights.
