zu klein, zu warm, zu teuer

in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer ist es kaum möglich, ins 2. Bett zu kommen, ausser wenn man übers 1. Bett steigt, auch wenn die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag läuft ist es immer noch zu warm im Obergeschoss, bei Problemen dauert die Reaktionszeit der Agentur viel zu lange, statt des vereinbarten Mietpreises von 302,69 € wurden 25,86 € zuviel abgebucht, angeblich wegen Währungsumrechnung ( + 8,54% ??? ) Abzockmasche?
