LIVING ROOM: with 2 two-seater couches and 1 ottoman, wood-burning stove. Separate KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Dining area for 6 people. BATHROOM 1 on the first floor: shower/toilet. Entryway. BATHROOM 2 is located on the first floor: shower/toilet. BEDROOM 1: double bed, closet, and TV. BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds and TV. This half of the house faces the marsh. The center of Wyk is about a 20–30-minute walk away. The beach is about a 10–15-minute bike ride away. There is a bakery in the neighborhood. The first floor of the half-house is tiled. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Parking available at the house. The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and, with its terrace featuring a beach chair and the garden, offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee.
