On the first floor, there is an additional toilet. The house features a coin-operated communal sauna for all three sections, as well as a coin-operated washer and dryer. This half of the house is in a quiet location. The center of Wyk is about a 20–30-minute walk away. It’s about a 10–15-minute bike ride to the beach. There’s a bakery in the neighborhood.
