Welcome to Wyk auf Föhr, to this detached, non-smoking vacation home at Fehrstieg 1c. The 3-room home spans 75 square meters across 2 floors. It is situated in a beautiful, large, mature garden with a terrace. On the GROUND FLOOR is the living room with a cozy double sofa and two armchairs. From here, you can also access the upper floor. Also on the first floor is the SEPARATE KITCHEN with a dining table and four chairs. There is also a washing machine in the guest bathroom. The first floor is tiled and has a wooden ceiling.
On the UPPER FLOOR is Bedroom 1 with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe, and Bedroom 2 with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The upper floor has hardwood flooring. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Overall, the house is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Wi-Fi and a phone with a flat rate for calls to German landlines are available.
There is a parking space on the property; alternatively, you may park on the street.
