The house was clean and quiet: something I worry about with a duplex arrangement. The location is good: walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The only real negative is there is essentially no outdoor living space. Outdoor living space is limited to 2 chairs on the front porch. For 300 a night (fees included), I would have expected more.
