Had a wonderful time. It was great for our large family group. Property needs a little TLC and more in house helpful hints would have helped. Only significant issue was one of the rooms listed as bedroom was not code--no egress and no window. That meant our two teen boys slept in the boathouse. That was OK for us but that room should not be listed as a bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The outside could definitely use some TLC. A few pictures on the listing aren’t accurate. Overall, we had a good experience and the house worked well for what we needed.
