I asked for a room on the end and was told I had one. Parked there, unloaded with the dogs, only to find I'd been misdirected. I was actually in a room one door away from the front desk. I had to repack the dogs, park out front, parade through the lobby to a room that was a little tired. Just overall not very good service, although just annoying not end of the world. So, all in all fine but disappointing given how friendly, clean, and nicely appointed it once was.

Only “hitch” was I lost my glasses after signing in at the front desk. Possibly fell out of my purse but never found. Also, the “extra” $50 charge after I got there showed up and I don’t know what it was for. I prepaid the room in full a week prior. If it was for parking, that’s not right either as my reservation included parking. Oh well, live and learn also I was supposed to get an email with my bill when I checked out and it’s not arrived either.
