Secure parking, very pleasant and accommodating staff, given upgrade to log cabin on check in. Price included breakfast, which was of excellent choice, freshly prepared. Restaurant produced very satisfying and well priced meals. Look forward to visiting in the future and will recommend to friends.

Nice place to stay, with clean rooms and free parking. Though the location is purely convenient as there is nothing around. Not far from amenities however. The place could do with a little refresh and it was super hot in the room...the fan wasn't really cutting it. However the food was good and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Fairly new, smart comfortable rooms. Fan provided during hot weather. Tea, coffee, etc. Good sized room and bathroom. Overbath shower but decent shower. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner menu good and food reasonably priced. Only Doombar on draft for bitter but fine. Service friendly, helpful and prompt throughout. Recommended.

Last-minute booking for Goodwood Festival of Speed and luckily we found a room here. It was better than I expected from photo, a spacious room with a 4-poster bed, the bathroom had a bath and a walk-in shower. Although no air-con, there was a large fan and we slept well. My husband enjoyed the full breakfast with good quality bacon, eggs and sausage; he doesn't eat tomatoes, so declined the heritage ones offered. On arrival, I managed to book a table for an evening meal (not included in the booking) and we enjoyed a lovely fresh seafood platter. Our host was friendly and helpful, we would definitely book to stay here again.

Great little spot to stay, welcoming and helpful staff with straight forward checkin and reminders for breakfast timings and options to book for evening meal, including advance warning that Sunday evening meals are not available to enable alternative arrangements to be made. We stayed during the heatwave and room would benefit with air-conditioning whether permanently installed or portable units to make rooms much more comfortable. We had a twin room and the bathroom was a full wet room affair and didn’t appear to have an extraction fan which made it more of a sauna. Overall a great location to use the A27 with plenty of parking and good choice of beverages and food.

This was a lovely place to stay, the staff were very attentive and helpful, breakfast was excellent - my only fault was the room was so hot - needs air conditioning. We asked for another fan, the staff accommodated us, but two fans going still didn’t cool the room.
