I tear through my room looking for bed bugs. None were found! Thank goodness!! The room could have been better cleaned but it was manageable. I happen to walk by their laundry room and I can say they wash ALL the bedding, even the top blankets! The front desk staff is amazing! The room didn’t have a dresser or anything to put bags on. So we had the improvise. It all worked out!!

Fromt desk was exceptionally helpful on directions! Breakfast was awesome with a great variety. Eggs, ham, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogort, fruit, coffee, fruit juices, etc. Couldn't ask for more. There is not an elevator and hall lights were the rooms are were dimly lit. I would stay again.

Older rooms. Could use some updating. Drywall patch work on bathrooms not painted. Toilet was so low (about 12” off the ground). Felt like we were in the movie “elf”. Staff was friendly. Overall good experience. Should have requested a different room but we didn’t spend much time in there so wasn’t a big concern.

Location was excellent right inside Hot Springs State Park. Loved soaking in the healing hot springs. Hotel room’s king bed was comfy, linens nice and clean, but room (carpet and furniture) had a shabby feel. Time for a make-over. No elevator, so be sure you can navigate stairs if not on first floor.

The room was technically clean but sooooo old and dated. Smelled terrible, so glad I brought Febreze and scented candles. The vanity was tiny and everything in the bathroom was ancient, stained and icky despite being clean (stained tub, scratched sink/tub) and tiny NoSee'em bugs were in every room. On the bright side, the linens and towels were clean, the restaurant was FABULOUS, and the staff we met, Vanessa, Kenny, and Chad were fantastic and the bed was comfortable.

My husband tripped on an outside step and injured himself. when I asked front desk staff for a large bandage, the staff person could not locate one in her first aid box and went to a back area to find something. I was given unwrapped gauze so I don't know how sterile that was, but to not have first aid supplies within immediate reach was ridiculous. The room keeping staff were super great!

I loved the hot springs next to the pool, but I did not love my room. It was set up weirdly and had almost no furniture in it. Not anything to put stuff on, and the microwave was perched precariously on top of a very small fridge, which was on the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though. And the breakfast was good.
