Sleeping up to six guests across two bedrooms, Curwen is ideal for group holidays, family visits, short breaks and longer stays.

With a bright open-plan living space, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer and shops and restaurants within walking distance, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Apartment

Curwen provides spacious and practical accommodation for up to six guests, with two bedrooms, a comfortable living area and kitchen and laundry facilities suited to both short visits and extended stays.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and storage for clothes and personal belongings.

The larger second bedroom includes one double bed and two single beds, making it particularly convenient for families or groups sharing accommodation.

Fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied for all guests.

Bathroom

The family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, giving guests the choice of a refreshing shower or a relaxing soak after a busy day.

Living and Dining

The bright, open-plan kitchen and living area provides a comfortable and welcoming space to unwind after exploring Workington and the surrounding area.

With comfortable seating and a TV, guests can relax and spend time together.

The open-plan layout also provides a sociable space for enjoying meals and making the most of your stay.

Curwen Apartment is conveniently situated in Workington town centre, with shops, cafés, traditional pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and everyday amenities within easy walking distance.

Workington offers a convenient base for exploring West Cumbria, with nearby coastal towns, countryside and access to the beautiful north-western Lake District.

The coastal town of Maryport offers a historic harbour and opportunities to explore the Solway Coast, while Whitehaven is another excellent destination for enjoying waterfront walks, cafés, restaurants and local attractions.

For those heading into the Lake District, Keswick and the surrounding northern fells provide wonderful opportunities for walking, sightseeing and exploring the countryside.

Bassenthwaite Lake, Whinlatter Forest and Derwentwater are also excellent destinations for outdoor adventures and family days out.

Workington railway station provides connections along the Cumbrian Coast Line, while local and regional bus routes serve surrounding towns and destinations.

Please note that Curwen Apartment does not have private parking.

Several pay-and-display car parks and local disc-parking zones are available nearby.

Parking charges, restrictions and availability vary depending on the location, and spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
