This is a duplex-style townhome divided into two separate sections. The upper two levels comprise Unit #1 which is where you will be lodging, while the basement constitutes Unit #2. Unit #2 has its own private entrance and is another unit. Both unit are separate by a wall . Guest in unit 1 does not have access to unit 2 and vice versa.
