We were staying here to attend Cheltenham Races and have to say that this is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything just first class. Dropped star as bar we needed to use with dog for breakfast was cold (both temperature and decor), and room service breakfast missed things both mornings we had that hand had stone cold toast both times (tip from other hotels = make sure some colour to the toast, cover in napkin, get it to room quickly. A hidden gem

A really quirky luxury hotel , amazing service throughout from check in , the bar area, bar food and the breakfast staff . Stayed for a work trip and wished I had more time to discover this amazing property - so I’ve booked again for a personal trip !
