Property is undergoing renovations, so the hallways are filthy as their carpet will be replaced after the rooms are done, but it’s disgusting now. Even though we had been put in a room that had been remodeled, it smelled strongly of mold. We were able to get another room, but even that room’s old curtains had the smell of 20 years of smoke/dust/etc built up. Smoke doesn’t come out of the walls even if you change the flooring and no one has smoked in there for the past 5 years.

Minimal furniture, broken tv, and no closet. They should not be charging people for these rooms in this condition. I found a cockroach in my suitcase as well, not great at all!

Horrible

Mouse traps in rooms. No hot water. Soap dispenser empty. Whole 3rd floor in construction. Paint everywhere. Dirty. Run down. If room cost 20 a night then you get what you pay for but 250 plus is a rip off. Horrible. Dirty. Needs to be condemned.

Might be nicer down the road …

The price was around $100 so take the into consideration…BUT the ceiling at the lobby was crumbling with plaster. The third floor hallway was disgusting with plaster all over the place. There was a wire hanging out of the ceiling when I got in around 8pm and a later sitting in front of the door to get into the hallway. I found out after checking in they were under renovation. The room was clean, but nowhere to hang clothes one of the toilet paper rolls was mostly empty 90%(just odd to keep it there). And it looked like there was paint speckles all over the place. My friend who is staying on the first floor, said his room smelled as if they kept spraying it with some kind of perfume deodorant. I also found it a little funny that the elevator smelled like smoke and there’s a big no smoking sign in the elevator.

Half the hotel is currently under renovations, every other half of each floor. 830 am on a Saturday and my boyfriend and I were woken up to drilling directly above us, nobody could answer when it might stop. The following morning on Sunday no hot water. Went from lukewarm to cold within a minute.

Very convenient, it is pet friendly just wished I didnt have a room so close to two yappy dogs, but needed to go out and do what dogs do. Also wished the hotel had bar soap for hand washing, apparently was on backorder. Out front there were 4-5 shattered slate tiles that people and our pet friends have to walk on, that probably should get some attention. The overall stay was nice the breakfast was very nice, very attentive staff for breakfast, many thanks.
