Between Expedia and the Hilton hotel, I tried canceling 7 days previous to the stay due to unforeseen events. Expedia and the hotel was less than helpful after speaking with supervisors of both entities several times, where they stated there were no cancellations allowed for any reason. After numerous calls, zero results. Stay away from Expedia and Hilton at all costs for this reason. We did not stay at the location as we had no reason to be there and were charged regardless. This is inexcusable.

100% Perfect and as Expected. From Front Desk to Restaurant! Great Experience! Top Shelf Operation. 1 minus -- Restaurant ran out of Bacon and Sausage so i (almost) paid for a HOT Buffet breakfast, but they only had Eggs.... Otherwise Great!

The hotel was nice and clean, I stay at Hilton hotels often. Online when I booked it said free parking and when checking in I was told there was a. Ten dollar parking fee. One more downside was there were no real glasses in the rooms. I’ve stayed in many Hiltons that had real drinking glasses, it’s a nice touch.
