This charming beach house, literally on the dune at Wooli. The original beach cottage, now one of four bedrooms, leads to a private
courtyard and BBQ area. The beach is directly in front. The modern main house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, tastefully decorated bedrooms, a bathroom, and a
spacious living area. An open-plan kitchen/dining area flows into an outdoor entertaining space.
The beautifully created garden, walkway, and outdoor shower area enhance the property. It is a short walk to the river, dive centre, cafe, and Bowling Club, with courtesy bus
services from the Wooli Hotel and Wooli Bowls Club.

Amazing

Was beautifully located close to beach, river, the club and breakwall. So relaxing and comfortable. Will be back was just perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

Relaxing holiday

From the moment we walked into the property we found it was clean, comfortable, well maintained & decored inside & out ( gardens were beautiful) with everything you need from comfy beds to the outdoor entertaining area which we found made our stay feel like home which is a credit to the owners. The Location in Wooli was absolutely amazing, close to everything, mostly walking distance which is fantastic & right on the beach which we absolutely loved & enjoyed. My family including our furbaby had a most amazing relaxed holiday with many memories made. Thank you from the Noyce family.
