Not what I thought it would be.

Check in was nice. The desk clerk was friendly. However the halls had a bad smell going to the room. The room was not clean! There was so much long dark hair in the bathroom there is no way that it was cleaned properly. The hair continued on into the bed spread and that looked like it had not been washed in a long time. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I had to go get bathroom towels, bath matt.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. For me this was just a one night stop on my way home so I went with a cheaper option. The room was very nice, very clean, the lobby and hallways were clean and smelled good. My only knock or negative was at the time of my stay (March 2025) the hot tub pump was broken (inoperable), and the pool was not being heated so it was ice cube cold, but it was clean.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing. These two advertised amenities are why we chose this hotel. There was no discount offered or anything. Then the beds were hard and fridge in our room was broken. It was clean and the staff was nice. It’s not their fault. I will not be staying there next time we are in town, which is often.

Hotel was fine. Nothing special. No central AC in bathroom. So that made uncomfortable when getting ready. Front desk checkout lady was not wearing a bra and it was discusting seeing her that way. Other hotel help were smoking outside front doorway so it stunk when you walk outside.

When I booked (and I’ve checked to confirm) the room was supposed to be two queen sized beds, they were doubles, the bathroom was supposed to accommodate a large soaking tub with jets, it was a tiny tub. The ice machine downstairs was broken, front lobby door was stuck open. The people on the taco truck outside were rude so decided to go elsewhere. Breakfast was good
