Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in bathtub. Remove all bedsheets, pillowcases& comforters & place in washing machine. Start load prior to leaving.
Please remove all food from fridge and put trash in provided outside trash bin. Wash & put away ALL dishes. Please be respectful & leave the house how you found it. Broom will be provided.
Please turn off ALL lights/fans and turn AC to 74 degrees in the summer and heat to 68 degrees in winter. Be sure to fully lock door and windows on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
