Woodford Country Cottage (near Woodford Folk Festival)

Woodford Country Cottage B&B is on 10 acres at the edge of Woodford township, 5 mins to Woodford Folk Festival. Modern separate Cottage semi attached to our family home with decking. The bedroom has a Queen bed for 2 guests and for an additional fee an adult size King Single bed can be set up in the lounge area for a 3rd guest. The high-set Cottage has its own access stairway (10 steps) to the patio deck overlooking pony paddocks, friendly chickens and miniature goats. Off-street parking. Short drive to shops. Adjoining Park-lands & Bush for walks, & Forestry access trails.

Woodford Country Cottage B&B has valley country views out of the glass sliding doors over the elevated deck from the combined kitchenette, dining, lounge room, and bedroom. Looking across the green valley you may see the distant glow of Festival lights at night. The separate bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed, and views over the paddocks. The en-suite bathroom/ laundry is attached to the bedroom. The kitchen / Lounge room has the option of a King Single bed (which can be re-moved if more seating wanted) . Remote controlled reverse cycle air conditioning offers heating and cooling throughout the Cottage. The kitchenette has a jug, toaster, microwave, pantry and a family size fridge freezer. (Sorry the stove is not usable having been disabled due to Moreton Bay Council requirements for B&B letting). The pantry and fridge are stocked for a simple self service Continental breakfast and hot drinks. The lounge has a sofa and rocking chairs, ceiling fan, TV, and DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity, and laundry area with washing machine and laundry tub.
Wireless Internet has low strength reception and is often unavailable. Mobile phones normally get good reception.
