Historic Home in Woodburn - Sleeps 7!

Fully renovated in 2023, this historic wonder (built circa 1886) is located in the small town of Woodburn, KY, conveniently located about halfway between Bowling Green and Franklin, KY. 30 day minimum booking. Great place for a family moving to the area in transition or professionals working in the area for a month or more. Fully furnished with utilities and lawn care included! We have added a twin bed in the dining room (can also be used as a day bed), so it now sleeps 7.
The space
Large rooms with modern amenities. 2200+ square feet of living area. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Main bedroom, on first floor, has a full bath in the room. Two bedrooms upstairs, share a full bath. Half bath is off the kitchen. The front porch is a great place to relax outdoors.

You'll have the entire house to yourself.
Other things to note
CSX railroad runs behind the houses across the street. There is some potential noise from trains. Other than that, is is a peaceful neighborhood.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
