We had a great one night stay here! The place is really cute, clean and comfortable. One of the greatest parts about the stay was the host, Trent. He was welcoming and VERY responsive to questions!

Excellent stay

Very accommodating and understanding host.They are warm and willing to listen and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Trent and his family will go out of their way to make the stay memorable.. I would highly recommend the stay at this accommodation to everyone. A home away from home.

Was nice, was a broken window in the kitchen and informed Trent as soon as we got to a public place with WiFi, overall was nice, wasn’t any WiFi for cellphones though ,was only for tv, we had to drive to town for cellphone use. Was what we needed to be able to enjoy the hot air balloon festival

Cute cottage in the country

Get away from the hustle and bustle with this cute country cottage. Queen beds in the first floor and super cool loft, nice updates in the bathroom and kitchen. Window A/C units kept us cool on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Close to Derby and Route 15 made this a super-convenient stop-over for us as we came back from our honeymoon!

Responsive Host

The inside of the property was exactly as pictured. There were a couple minor issues (couldn’t figure out the heater, didn’t have the code for the door, etc.) but the host was quick to respond and everything was resolved for an enjoyable stay overall.

The place was just fine. It is attached to someone's home which I did not see in the listing, or maybe I missed it. I wasn't a fan of the idea of staying in someone's house. The home was very old and dilated, and the window and blinds to the unit were broken. In addition, the door latch was put on backwards, so the door did not stay shut unless you bolted it. The place was clean, but extremely sparse. We mentioned in our original correspondence that our adult son's might be joining us, and we were only given three towels for the unit. In addition, we had to request a blanket for the pull out couch. Definitely not my kind of stay.

Incorrect listing and poor communication but cute little cottage

Unfortunately, the listing notes 3 bedrooms but it is actually 2 bedrooms and 1 couch- so three technical beds but only 2 bedrooms which may be important to some people. I never received the check-in instructions, we were waiting at a restaurant close by; finally, 45 mins after check in time I reached out to the host first to ask about the instructions- my message was answered within a few mins which was great but the fact that I never received the instructions prior to the check in time until I specifically asked was concerning and unprofessional. Otherwise, cute little cottage w/ modern fixings inside. No outdoor seating- just a table.
