Jones Beach Haven Studio Escape Kiama Downs opposite patrolled beach and park
This self-contained beachside studio retreat includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Depending on your stay, you can choose either a queen bed plus sofa setup or a two-queen configuration.
All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. A covered seating area is located at the front of the property, with a private rear courtyard featuring outdoor dining. A BBQ is available on request.
The studio is fully equipped for longer stays, including cooking essentials, pantry basics, cleaning products, and toiletries. Coffee and tea facilities, cookware, and storage containers are also provided.
Located in beautiful Kiama Downs, you are a short flat walk (under 400m) to cafes, restaurants including Stacks Burgerhouse, Fish Vibes Cafe and Cantik Place, plus a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, gym, and pilates studio.
Kiama Golf Club is less than 1km away, offering an 18-hole course, dining, entertainment, and a free courtesy bus. Kiama township is nearby with beaches, pools, markets, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Jones Beach (patrolled in summer) is ideal for swimming, surfing, walking, and relaxing, with nearby Boneyard Beach offering secluded swim spots. Free surfboards are available for guest use.

Jo was a kind and generous host. The studio is very well set up for a couple to enjoy a quiet weekend away, near Jones Beach and some lovely coastal walks.
It is also an easy drive to places like Kiama, Killalea State Reserve and the Minnamurra Rainforest.
Thank you for having us, Jo. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday.
