Summary:
The apartment is located in an ecological house with a large orchard.
Enjoy the rural idyll and relax on the terrace or the 5000 square meter property with old fruit trees. The property and especially the fireplace in the living area create a cozy atmosphere even on cold days.

The Space:
The Solar-Ligna eco vacation cottage offers over 90 m² of living space on a 5000 m² plot of land with old fruit trees, which can be used free of charge. The vacation home has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area with a wood-burning stove. The bathroom of the vacation home has a shower. There is also a further guest WC. The flooring is predominantly linoleum and the vacation home is heated by infrared radiators or via the wood-burning stove.
The special feature of this property is that the house was built according to building biology principles, i.e. the building fabric consists of natural building materials. The walls are made of solid wood. The exterior cladding is made of Siberian larch and the interior paneling is made of silver fir. Some of the kitchen and bathrooms have clay tiles.
Water and electricity are also provided free of charge.
Outside you will also find a terrace, a charcoal barbecue and equipment for table tennis and badminton. Two bicycles are also available for hire.
There is a paved parking lot in front of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The village is directly connected to the regional and national cycle path network. The nearest bathing area (Wolfshagener See) is approx. 3km from the accommodation. However, you will find the best bathing quality at the Gr. Luzin, Feldberg (approx. 12km).
The nearest playground and football pitch is only 300m away. Various food markets, a beverage and a DIY store as well as a sales outlet for national products are also located in the village.
