Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made.

Great staff, perfect location but no WIFI, it is 2025 and they offer 1mbit free in the room and charge you 5 GBP for 24 hours of what they call fast premium WIFI, 7mbit, laughing hard.
