Vacation Home “Im Groden 3,” No. 3

With approximately 80 square meters of living space, our well-located middle townhouse offers enough room for 5 adults. It is laid out as follows:

First floor
Large living room with kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining area, TV, guest restroom, utility room with washing machine, tile floors throughout.

Upper Floor
Bedroom (double bed), children’s room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, tiled floors throughout.

Attic
Studio with a sleeper sofa for 2 people, wardrobe, laminate flooring throughout.

You’ll also find a radio/CD player, an iron and ironing board, blackout blinds, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, books, games, and much more in the house.


For our younger guests, we’ve provided a crib, high chair, changing pad, toilet seat, and toys. There’s also a special children’s set with a table and two chairs for painting, crafting, and playing.

In the outdoor storage shed, you’ll find garden chairs, a table, a patio umbrella, and a grill.

Pets are allowed; a one-time fee of 20.00 euros per pet applies.

The communal garden is fenced in.
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
