We offer you an exclusive, high-quality end-of-row house in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the town center and right next to the mill, a landmark of Carolinensiel. Our vacation home was completed in April 2017. A parking space is also available for your use.
Here you’ll find a light-filled, modern, and extremely comfortably furnished home designed to provide you with cozy accommodations for a restful and relaxing vacation.
With approximately 70 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 5 people. On the first floor, a combined living, dining, and open kitchen area invites you to enjoy your time here. Whether it’s a cozy meal or a relaxing evening—just make yourself at home!
The upper floor, with its three cozy bedrooms and spacious shower room, provides the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.
All windows are equipped with blinds; some on the first floor are motorized.
The house is equipped with a Hotel Card system that allows you to centrally control the electricity and ensures you can leave the house securely.

We place special emphasis on allergy-friendly features such as floor tiles and vinyl flooring (no carpeting). Furthermore, our pillows and comforters are equipped with Klimaband and Polyhygiene (Polyhygiene naturally prevents the growth of odor-causing bacteria and the proliferation of dust mites, ensuring long-lasting freshness)
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- Guest restroom with sink
- Modern and fully equipped open-concept kitchen with cooking island, induction cooktop, XXL oven with 8 heating modes, built-in refrigerator with **** freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle
- Storage and pantry room with various cleaning supplies, ironing board, steam iron, and clothes drying rack
- Large dining area for up to 5 people, adjustable high chair (6 months to 6 years)

Upper floor:

- 2nd Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside table with lamp, 32" LED HD satellite TV, open and spacious closet system, fly screen
- 3. Bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping surface 120 x 190 cm), laundry rack
- Travel crib with an external comfort mattress, comforter, and pillow
- Spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, washing machine, makeup mirror, lighted mirror cabinet, ample shelving and storage space, and a built-in FM radio
- Motion-sensor-controlled stairwell and hallway lighting
- Stair gate for small children available
A paved patio with a fully fenced, south-facing garden area invites you to relax and unwind. There is a privacy screen separating the property from the neighboring garden. In a small, lockable garden shed, you’ll find outdoor furniture for up to 6 people, a patio umbrella, a charcoal grill, and a handcart. You’ll also find storage space for your bicycles here.

A parking space is available right next to the house.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive the following basic supplies:
• For the kitchen: 2 x hand towels, 1 x kitchen towel, 2 x dishwasher tablets, soap dispensers filled as standard
• For the shower room: 1 x shower mat, soap dispensers filled as standard
• For the guest restroom: soap dispensers filled as standard

Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not permitted.


Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be booked for a one-time fee of 12.00 euros per person for bed linens and 6.00 euros per person for towels.
