Carolinensiel Residence, Mühlenstraße 28, Apartment No. 3 - Carolinensiel Residence 1

Our modernly furnished vacation rental is located near the center of Carolinensiel and is available for rent year-round. It was lovingly renovated and modernized in June 2024. The beach (approx. 3 km), spa facilities (approx. 1.2 km), the dike (approx. 2.5 km), the ferry terminal (approx. 3.3 km), restaurants (approx. 700 m), and more are all within easy reach.

The apartment is located on the first floor, is fully tiled, and features a large south-facing terrace.

A cozy dining area with a well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of space. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. This allows you to start your day relaxed with a leisurely breakfast or wind it down with a cozy dinner.

The bedroom faces north and is in a quiet location. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeper sofa for one child, though space is limited.
A modern shower room completes the amenities. You’ll also find a hair dryer here.

The apartment also features free Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a washing machine, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board.

A travel crib and a high chair are available for our younger guests.

Only dogs are allowed; a one-time fee of €20.00 per pet applies.
