A spacious living area with a large glass front and adjoining balcony is bright and inviting, decorated in a country house style. The balcony, with its beach chair and wicker armchairs, invites you to enjoy cozy and relaxing moments. The spacious table with designer chairs in the dining area, the comfortable sofa, and the two adjustable TV armchairs round out the overall look. The entire apartment is heated with infrared heating, which is considered very comfortable and is also better tolerated by people with allergies than conventional forced-air heating. The kitchen is practically equipped and leaves almost nothing to be desired, featuring a Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Römertopf.

The 180x200 bed is comfortable and high-quality, and the closet offers plenty of storage space. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

The shower room is functional and features a nautical design.

Bedding and towels are not included but can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
