Amenities Our cozy apartment is centrally located in the town center, yet in a very quiet area. From here, it is between 200 and 1,200 meters to the museum harbor, the spa center, the marina, and the beach. In a well-maintained cul-de-sac inhabited primarily by locals, six townhouses—each with two residential units—were built in 1999 on a 1,200 m² lot. Our apartment is a ground-floor unit with a terrace and a front garden. The apartment offers enough space for 2 adults or a family with 1 small child. It is laid out as follows: a large living room with a couch, an open kitchen, and a dining area; a bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Wi-Fi is included.

Outdoor Area
The terrace is perfect for sunbathing when the weather is nice. You’ll find the patio furniture for this in the storage room that belongs to the apartment. You can lock up your bicycles in the newly built bike storage room. You can park your car in the parking lot in front of the building.

Special Features
For our younger guests, we’ve provided a crib, high chair, and toys. There are also plenty of books and games. In addition, we’ve equipped our apartment with an iron and ironing board, a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.
