The possibilities are endless, with a blend of modern essentials and space in a location that is perfect for Oxford and the Cotswolds
Ideal for large groups, there’s no shortage of space or privacy with 11 ensuite bedrooms and plenty of living space for the ultimate family or group experience.

We are well located to explore the Cotswold villages and just a short five-minute drive to Blenheim Palace and Woodstock. There is also a beautiful community path that leads to the grounds of Blenheim Palace just across the street for dog walks, runs, or just a relaxing stroll

We DO allow events and parties but these must be disclosed and discussed with us prior to reservation.
