Heerlijkheid Vlietenburg lets you experience the delights of the surrounding area. Here, you can relax on your beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the polder landscape and ponds that run into Het Bokkegat nature reserve. Het Bokkegat consists of forest, heathland, meadows and many different animal species. It is a breeding paradise for birds. Besides the natural water features, the park has additional water features where you will be woken up by the birds in the morning. The surroundings are characterised by tranquility and nature, there are walking and cycling paths and the Oosterschelde estuary where you can go wind- or kite-surfing or just relax on a beach. Within walking and cycling distance, you can reach the cosy village of Wissenkerke with a supermarket and a restaurant. The Sophiastrand with restaurant is also within easy cycling distance. If you prefer a larger beach with more facilities, the Banjaardstrand is also within easy reach. You can easily park your (electric) bike or car there. The towns of Middelburg and Goes are a 20-minute drive away and offer great shopping opportunities.

The homes in the park are sustainably built and individually styled and laid out. The bedrooms are comfortable, neat and tidy bathroom, and there is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. Your pets are always welcome here!
