Charming, renovated house in Wissant

We rent our completely renovated family villa in Wissant, between Cap Blanc-nez and Cap Gris-nez, labeled "Site des 2 caps".

It is located 500 meters from the center of the village and 900 meters from the beach, close to many hiking trails. Our house is composed on the first floor
- of an entrance hall
- a living room and an open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine)
- a double bedroom (bed 160)
- a bathroom (bath/shower) equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
- a separate toilet.

Upstairs you will find
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 dormitory bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 and a bunk bed (2 x 190x90)
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- 1 separate toilet

You will enjoy two outdoor spaces:
- a small garden in front of the house
- a south-facing terrace of 50m with garden furniture and garden armchairs and a plancha
- a backyard for drying laundry as well as access to the small garage for storage of bicycles/marine equipment etc...

Bed linen and towels are provided on request for an extra charge of €25 per double bed and €15 per single bed.

NB: pets are not allowed. During the July-August period, we prefer stays of more than 5 nights
Similarly, long weekends (1 May, 8 May, Assumption Day, Easter, 1 November and 11 November)

Linen is available for rent 25 euros per double bedding, 15 euros for the single bed (a shower towel and a towel per person are then provided with the sheets).

Will be made available free of charge (toilet paper, dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid, some dishwasher tablets, basic groceries).
