The rooms and the rates are very very good. However to our disappointment the cost for the breakfast was equal to the price of the room and low quality. I would not book park hotel again unless i have a separate breakfast solution outside the hotel.

Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all.

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft eiskalt, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Erst gegen 22 Uhr wurde uns ein mobiler Heizkörper gebracht, wodurch es im Schlafbereich etwas wĂ€rmer wurde – Bad und WC blieben jedoch weiterhin kalt. Das „Bad“ selbst war extrem klein, eher wie ein Zugabteil: Waschbecken und Dusche auf engstem Raum, das WC noch einmal separat, so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. ZusĂ€tzlich war das Zimmertelefon defekt, die Rezeption war darĂŒber nicht erreichbar. In der Nacht kam es dann zu massiven technischen Störungen: Zuerst schaltete sich das Deckenlicht von selbst ein, spĂ€ter ging der Fernseher zweimal selbststĂ€ndig an – jeweils mit hoher LautstĂ€rke. Wir wurden regelrecht aus dem Schlaf gerissen, an Nachtruhe war kaum zu denken. Am Morgen bin ich mit dem Fuß auf einen Metallhaken getreten, der aus dem Teppich ragte und ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellte. Ich habe diesen umgehend an der Rezeption vorgezeigt. Die Reaktion war ernĂŒchternd: keine Entschuldigung, kein echtes Eingehen auf die Situation. Auch auf die Schilderung der nĂ€chtlichen Störungen wurde lediglich mit einer zurĂŒckhaltenden, eher zweifelnden Reaktion reagiert. Nach RĂŒcksprache mit einem Vorgesetzten wurden uns von der Rezeptionistin zwei Flaschen Wasser angeboten, auf die ich verzichtet habe. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unzumutbar, wir sind sehr frĂŒh abgereist. FĂŒr ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Marke ist dieser Zustand absolut nicht akzeptabel. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Hotellet ligger i hamndelen nytt & frÀscht. Dusch & toalett var separat vilket var en smart planlösning dock var toaletten rÀtt trÄng. NÀr vi varit pÄ promenad tÀnkte vi ta en kvÀllsöl i baren pÄ hotellet men de tvÄ kvinnorna som jobbade dÀr var sÄ stressade att vi hoppade över det tyvÀrr en trÄkig upplevelse nÀr man vill avsluta kvÀllen trevligt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und was wir super fanden, Toilette und Dusche getrennt voneinander. Man kann zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen und der Hafen ist ja nur paar Meter entfernt. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war uns persönlich fĂŒr 25 Euro pro Person zu teuer, am Hafen gibt es genug BĂ€cker usw wo man gĂŒnstiger FrĂŒhstĂŒcken kann. Alles in allem aber ein top Hotel.

Servicen Àr jÀttebra. Jag reste med cykel som gick att lÄsa in sÀkert i skÄp precis vid ingÄngen. Rummen hade A/C och var vÀldigt rena och fina. Frukosten var okej och hade det jag önskade av en frukost. Restaurangen kan vara mer spÀnnande för priset - men maten var vÀllagad och frÀsch. Det var lÀtt att hitta och vÀlskötta allmÀnna ytor. Ligger precis intill gamla fiskehamnen och mycket bra restauranger precis dÀr.

Meget sÞdt og venligt personale. Gode til engelsk. Et rigtig hundevenligt hotel (det bedste vi har oplevet), med en lille hundestation ved indgangen, med snacks, legetÞj, hundefoder, transportvogn - alt man har brug for. PÄ vÊrelset var der kurv og skÄle. SÄ fint. Derudover rigtig flot og moderne hotel med god parkering, og i gÄ afstand til centrum.
