Located directly on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, right next to the restored Ohlerich Warehouse, is the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex “Hafenspitze.” A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments consist of 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread over three floors and are conveniently accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The 2-room vacation apartment Hafenspitze 39 is located on the 3rd floor of the building and is easily accessible by elevator. From the sunny balcony, you can look out over the harbor and the Baltic Sea. Spacious living for up to 4 people is made possible by a living area of 66 square meters. You can prepare your meals in the high-quality, open-concept kitchenette. The modern bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe also offers access to the loggia. A comfortable bathroom with a shower is also available. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. Additional linen packages can be booked for a fee. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the public harbor parking garage, located approximately 300 meters away.

Located on the 3rd floor, the light-filled 2-room apartment at Hafenspitze 39 is easily accessible by elevator and offers ideal conditions for a vacation with high standards. The thoughtfully laid-out 66-square-meter living space can accommodate up to 4 guests. You’ll also love the spacious, seasonally furnished loggia with a harbor view, which is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The comfortably furnished living-dining area features a high-quality sleeper sofa that sleeps two, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio with hotel mode. You can use the in-house Wi-Fi connection free of charge.

An integrated, comfortable kitchen-living area allows you to prepare your own meals. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the separate bedroom, which features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. You can also step out onto the balcony directly from the bedroom to enjoy the magnificent view of incoming ships first thing in the morning.
