Very friendly staff, rooms where super clean, beds where comfy, rooms where completely sound proof unless there was some noise outside in the hallway which is perfectly fine at a kid friendly hotel. The only issue we had was the kiddo section was extremely cold, and the room where the pool was was super cold. My 1 yr old couldn’t play in the kid pool for to long because he was freezing. That’s all over all a great experience.

Always an excellent experience when staying here! Upgraded to a room with the jetted tub in it for this stay and it was perfect. The room and hotel were very clean, the desk and breakfast staff were above and beyond with friendliness as always, and everything was great. I stay at this hotel multiple times a year as I frequent the dells a lot; and I never have a reason to not return. Thank you for always providing an excellent stay!!

I found bed bugs when we get into bed. That was disgusting bug almost gets into my granddaughter head. I killed it. Ask for the owner to come and see it I have to call twice, and he finally came he just stared at the bed bugs and said I'll refund all the money. He didn't offer to help us didn't say sorry just walked out of our room. We where drop off there and supposed to be picked up by my son on Sunday. So I had to get a taxi to come over and take us to a very nice hotel. "Stay bridge" great place we got a suite almost for the same price of the first hotel with bed bugs. I felt so sorry for the children we had to wake them up. Horrible experience next time I will put more attention to the reviews. Good thing expedia reimbursed all my money.. stay bridge hotel put a smile in our face.

The room was clean, quiet, and big. I liked how homey it was and that it was laid out well for usage. The beds and couch were very comfy. The pool's mood lighting at night was great. The hotel was in a good location for getting around town and the staff was positive. However, a few easy changes could have made the stay better. I'm allergic to fragrances and scented cleaning products, so I had a lot of issues with the lemon scented linens and the scented floor/surface cleaner, that offgasses into the air. The lobby was so overpoweringly full of scent I could barely check in. I'd suggest switching to unscented products in the future for folks like me--it'd make me want to come back every time. :) I also found that the hot breakfast items weren't hot and the cold items, like the milk, weren't cold enough, so both made me sick to eat because they had gone off. Not much use in a breakfast you can't eat.
