The room smelled musty. Obviously poolside room probably gets wet people coming in and out, but there should be something to remedy this. We have stayed at hotels in poolside rooms that didn't smell musty. The door security latch was damaged. Looks like someone at some time probably compromised the latch - i.e.:Tried to gain access to the room when someone inside didn't want them there. Probably would be a good idea to FIX IT! In the condition that it is in, it leads guests to feel uncomfortable about the security of their room, or the hotel in general..

We checked in and were given two rooms. When we walked into the rooms the smell of pet urine was overwhelming as well as the smell of dampness. We then went to the desk to get two more rooms and after pressing the woman a bit she said I guess I can give you these two which we don’t usually get complaints about. Hmmmm that was an odd comment. We tried those two and immediately one of my friends started to have breathing problems and another had her eyes water excessively. At that point we couldn’t stay so we left.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was tasty. Though we didn't use the pool we observed there are accommodations for disabled individuals to be safely lowered into the pool.

The room was very humid and we were not near the pool. Worst bed I’ve had in a hotel yet. Stayed 7 days on day 5 smelled a dirty sock/feet smell coming out of AC unit. Room always humid. Told front desk. Very concerning for mold in the AC unit! The best thing about our stay was the breakfast which had hot food not just continental.
