Staff very helpful and kind. Room basic but met our needs. Good value to the price. Some people talking in the halls at 2am to 3 am NOT ok. The biggest problem was with Expedia. Lots of problems with them!

Neighbors smoking dope stunk up the place. Another neighbor screaming their lungs out all hours of the night on several occasions.staff did nothing about it. The i ly good person that works at that place is Ashley. Shes amazing .

I’m confused as to how there were so many good reviews for this motel. Our non smoking room smelled like old and new smoke. While I was in the bathroom the weed smoke started coming through. The walls were dirty, sheets were stained, mattress pads were so gross looking. We got in at 10:30pm and had to leave at 6am and it was the most disgusting 7 hrs. We slept fully clothed and used our dirty clothes to lay our heads on. The lock on the door was broken off and hanging and my daughter and I seriously contemplated sleeping in the car, but temps were below zero, so we just couldn’t. I stayed in plenty of shady places in my late teens and 20’s and this was one of the worst. The gentleman at the front desk was nice…..only positive thing I can say.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m a healthcare traveler and work nights. Most hotels do not allow for or charge large sums for a late checkout to give “night shift” staff the opportunity to get a decent nights “days” sleep. The staff jere were very accommodating, with it being “off season”, to allow for a slightly later checkout and it was very much appreciated. I will definitely be going back if the need arises during my time in the Baraboo/Dells area. To the staff - thanks so much !!
