Spacious clean room. But the highlight of the stay was with the staff. We had an issue with our booking through Hotels.com and GM Alexander Keating and the woman working the front desk ( sorry I did not get your name) could not have been morefriendly and helpful.

Honestly, I had higher expectations for this based on the other reviews. We arrived after a reasonably long driver through the snow to find uncomfortable beds, a room that smelled like vomit to me, that was a bit outdated. The staff did not walk the halls or enforce quite hours so we were awake well past midnight (son included) as jumping and what not was happening on the floors above.
