Hot tub had so many chemicals our eyes and skin were burning had to get out. Visable mold throughout the pool area and in the room bathroom. Something wrong with the plumbing for the toilet.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and eager to make us comfortable. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. They have breakfast in a separate sunroom instead of in the lobby, other chains should do the same. The pool was huge and the hot tub was actually hot, which we were very grateful for. The room was very large and well appointed. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, but wasn’t mushy either. I recommend this hotel. Very good value for the money!

Hotel was clean enough. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. A smile may have been nice. Bed was old and needed replacing. it was sagging, lumpy and wayyyyy too soft. pillows also were lumpy and needed replacing. I wouldn’t return to this property. I was given extra towels when asked. Breakfast was adequate and hotel was clean enough.

Hot tub was small, not very hot and slow to full. Staff couldn’t and wouldn’t commit to one early entry on a Saturday ….at one in the afternoon to help me with wedding reception preparation plans while traveling. Just not the standard we expected from this brand name hotel.

Towels and sheets were clean, AC worked great. But room was dusty in places, bathroom was pretty small. And if you’re not on the top floor you’re gonna hear a lot of thumping sounds from those above you. They do have complimentary ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall it was a nice stay.

We really only slept at the hotel and didn't use any amenities or eat breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth. The property was a little dated. The bathroom and shower needed a bit of repair work. Overall, I would stay here again.

Needs work

The hot tub in room did not work, and all kinds of hair and debris floated on the water when I tried to use it so I did not use it as it was disgusting. The remote for the TV needed a new battery so it worked but very slow. There were tacks poking through the carpeting that caught my socks so I had to wear shoes in the room. Someone lit off fireworks the second night behind the building. They were remodeling the check in area so all kinds of dust and disorder when checking in. Elevator was full of construction dust.
